Time refines our mission, and solid action creates glory. On Feb 6, Actionpower held its 30th Anniversary and 2025 Annual Commendation Conference at the new Xi’an HQ campus. Staff from Xi’an, Jiashan, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Beijing offices gathered to salute past efforts and pen a new chapter ahead.

Tribute to Years of Endeavor

At the event, Chairwoman Bai Xiaoqing delivered an address themed Inherit & Innovate. With heartfelt stories, she recounted Actionpower’s 30‑year journey, summarized and explained the Actionpower spirit to be carried forward. She urged all employees to forge ahead, seize precious development opportunities, re-energize growth from this new starting point and open a new chapter for the company.

Chronicled by time and guided by our founding mission, precious archival photos tell our story. Founded in a village residential dwelling in 1996, Actionpower has grown into a power electronics benchmark with 3 modern industrial parks and 4 subsidiaries. Our team has expanded from a small group of pioneers to more than 1,000 high-caliber professionals. Our offering has evolved from custom projects into dozens of product series across three core lines: test power supplies, power quality solutions and special power supplies. We have achieved import substitution and independent controllability in multiple niche fields, supporting national major scientific infrastructure and key high-end equipment projects. In 2023, the company was successfully listed on the STAR Market, marking a new milestone and outlining the roadmap for future growth.

Warmth is the enduring foundation of Actionpower. The review of capital increase and utilization of the Employee Mutual Aid Fund demonstrates our caring corporate responsibility. Faced with sudden life hardships such as children’s schooling and severe medical treatment, the Fund offers timely support to relieve employees’ worries. This helping hand in need resolves practical troubles and gives every Actionpower member the security and confidence to forge ahead.

 Review & Build Momentum for the Future

We reflect on the past to forge ahead; we review gains and losses to embark with renewed vigor. In this classic annual meeting segment, Deputy General Manager Zhang Jianrong unveiled Actionpower’s Top 10 Events of 2025, highlighting outstanding achievements: market-leading new power supply launches, multiple government accolades, successive wins of major project tenders, upgraded hardware infrastructure and management systems… Every milestone represents a leap in corporate strength.

Deputy General Manager and Chief Expert Li Chunlong delivered the 2025 Annual Corporate Report. He systematically reviewed the year’s business performance, objectively summarized key achievements, and frankly analyzed existing gaps. Looking forward, the report outlined market opportunities and corporate development priorities for 2026, setting clear targets for all employees in the new year.

The ensuing award ceremony lifted the event to its climax. The company honored outstanding individuals and teams from R&D, manufacturing, operations, sales and support functions. Awards were assessed on multiple criteria such as technological breakthroughs, attentive service and dedication, so every bit of hard work and excellence gets recognized.

A garden party was hosted at the new headquarters park on the same day. Adorned with lanterns, the premises brimmed with 30th-anniversary festivity. Guests wrote Spring Festival couplets and calligraphy to send New Year wishes and honor Actionpower’s 30-year journey. Hand-painted lacquer fans embodied our passion for life and dedication to craftsmanship, while candied hawthorn sticks preserved warm interactions between colleagues. Recreational games such as darts, bowling, ring toss and balance races filled the site with joy and strengthened Actionpower’s team spirit.

Thirty years marks the passage of time, yet above all, it stands as a testament to perseverance. Through three decades of commitment and diligent work, Actionpower has built a solid reputation within China’s niche power electronics sector. At this critical 30th‑anniversary milestone, Actionpower will remain faithful to its founding mission, embrace new challenges, capture new opportunities and pen an even more splendid chapter in its pursuit of high-quality development!
